WHAT ARE WE DOING
TO OUR CHILDREN…
SERIOUS CONCERN IS NEEDED?
By Robert G. Leclair
An image posted on LinkedIn of a boy revealing a distraught and disturbing emotion prompted me to copy and another equally significant
image and provide a perspective often ignored by the media and totally hidden by violence against women organizations.
Our government has allowed feminists to brand us and all girls like us as future victims of a patriarchal society and to believe that all men and
boys are violent and abusive. We feel trapped and betrayed because of our gender.
We as parents have allowed our children to be betrayed and trapped into a horrible position in life. It appears that the boys have no choice
but to become perpetrators of violence and abusers, a tragic destiny. And a girl’s destiny is not much better, forever becoming a victim. Is
their destiny cast in stone? Not if we understand the cause and reverse the outcome.
The cause is known, and the facts are simple: Hilary Clinton, the feminists and the hijacked VAWA all contributed to this abuse of children.
Why and how? There are three main contributing factors:
1. Hilary the main radical political feminist wrote an article that got national publicity. The first paragraphs were littered with false or
misleading statements one of which contributed to awful branding of boys and girls: “Of the girls who witness violence in their homes, more
than half will become a victim when they grow up. And for boys, witnessing domestic violence is the single best predictor of juvenile
delinquency and adult criminality” is grossly misleading. Hillary then states that “these statistics came from a resolution adopted by the
National Association of Attorney Generals, urging Congress to reauthorize and strengthen the Violence Against Women Act”.
2. The AGs that adopted these statistics never stated their source. I remember another letter from 53 AGs to Congress in support of the
reauthorization of VAWA. This letter took their support a step further by stating a statistic that was based strictly on “hearsay”. This hearsay
statistic should have raised a red flag, especially coming from 53 top-level lawyers!” Politicians such as former President Bill Clinton, former
VP Biden, and the federal agency VAWA/OVW have for over 40 years been quoting statistics that 1 out of 5 or 1 of 3 women has suffered
from violence or abuse perpetrated by males to justify the 1994 Violence Against Women Act and the Office of Violence Against Women. A
recent private study questioned the validity of these numbers and actually provided evidence that those numbers were only a SWAG and that
nobody could rationally substantiate or deny any statistic on the violence and abuse of women, men or especially children since it was
impossible to determine the number of false or misleading accusations.
3. VAWA was hijacked by radical feminists and the implemented ideology touted the slogan that “all men were perpetrators and all
women were victims” and adopted solutions based on a premise that has been debunked a patriarchal society. No evidence of credibility
has ever been provided much less any direct proof of the 1out of 5 or 3 statistic.
As parents we should alleviate the fears of our children. The outcome they were fed by a false ideology is not true and that they are in
control of their own destinies. No adult would ever tolerate being branded as a victim or a perpetrator based on a radical ideology.
WARNING
Parents should be aware that this is a crisis that requires drastic reform of VAWA/OVW.
Otherwise, this issue for children is a self-fulfilling prophesy
that will engulf them most likely in a permanent cloud of emotional pain.
If any politician (male or female) hesitates to believe that the Violence Against Women Act needs to be a complete rewrite and the Office of
Violence Against Women should be dismantled and restructured to succeed in eradicating domestic violence, click here to read about the
hypocrisy and deceit of the present war by the Department of Justice on the violence and abuse of women.
OVW has administered billions of tax dollars to eradicate the violence and abuse but have implemented an approach that has continually
failed from 1994 to 2020. It would take more than a lifetime to assimilate all the items and articles found on Google and you would be
assured of only one basic truth and statistic: violence and abuse of Women, Men and especially Children must be eradicated.
